26.05.14This is my second stay at the hotel. It's in the Pratunam area but tucked away enough that it's quiet. The rooms are well maintained. They don't have an elevator. There's a short walk needed to reach the main road but it's very close to Pratunam market, the airport link train, and Centralworld.
26.04.28 Simply Excellent Guesthouse... Clean, nice shower, good beds, secure place, and has a gate to the entire property.
Kitchen sink with plates and utensils, water heater for tea, acceptable Wifi,
No noise, quiet because it is at the end of a Long street where the area turns residential... Good hosts, they helped me with a usb charger... Hot water: the only thing that would actually berk is a microwave, but I learned to have the 7-Eleven staff microwave their amazing food before returning to the room!
26.04.27 A unique experience, highly recommended
26.04.23 The location is pretty good. Big department stores are reachable on foot. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Only downside is that the facilities are degrading with every visit. This could be easily solved by just doing proper maintenance on the units.
Overall I can still recommend it as the price is relatively reasonably.
26.03.31 No negative, rooms are super clean with great city view.
