26.03.25nice cozy boutique hotel located in hanoi old quarter with very friendly staff and the manager jack son use to be around helping the guest with planning of tours etc. Buffet breakfast are good I choose a deluxe room with a small balcony for five nights and it was pleasant stay 👍👍

26.01.01 Just to mention there is two kind iof twins bed.. And trying to make ur fault of reservation of Supiruer twin not showing on there photos. Make sure to select family Twain to match on the photo up.
Thay offer free breakfast. Instead of pay 100k for claiming of the selection of room type
25.10.27 Noisy, construction made it hard to sleep. Rooms are quite small too, but location is great.
25.07.13 The facilities is not as advertised in the website such as don't have Netflix while they advertised they have, the TV programme is not working (hang), and it is very noisy from the street as the window is not close properly (broken).
