This was a fantastic place for us to stay with safe parking, a large, clean, comfortable room with a large balcony overlooking the old town. A pleasant but steep 30 min walk up to the old town. A fantastic breakfast with lots of choice and friendly service. Thoroughly recommend

Very kind and friendly staff. Very accommodating, booked a one person room, god a nice queen size bed. Could also check in earlier. Short walk to great bistros and the rope way up to San Marinos historic city

its an affordable option to visit san marino but you need a car. You can also use funivia but it closes at 20.00. But the hosts were very kind and helpful

(Bad experience that will not be repeated), I booked for two nights, upon arrival the employee (an old lady) told me that my reservation was in a room with 4 beds!! And that she will change the room tomorrow!! I told her that I don't care about the number of beds, the important thing is that I don't move around in a room every night!! If you want to change, change it from now!! This shows their lack of respect for the guest!! And that they are not professional enough!! Why do they make the room available for booking and then tell me that they will change it for me!! The room is generally clean but the staff's attitude from the reception to the restaurant is miserable!! Unfriendly and do not smile!!! And during breakfast while you are taking your breakfast every minute the receptionist (an old lady) comes and cleans as if she is saying finish and get out of here, the breakfast is below standard, the bread is dry!! And there is no cheese!! The coffee is very bad!! The second day, while I was eating breakfast and there were 10 minutes left before breakfast time ended, the old lady removed the breakfast (she couldn't wait 10 minutes, which shows a lack of politeness and professionalism!! The hotel has negative energy and is very gloomy..
