Brown Acropol, a member of Brown Hotels

Hotel is in the centre, but I would think about another area more centre. It is very dark colour decorated. My room has two bathrooms, I don’t know why that’s necessary, small bedroom.

The room stank of damp and mould because of the lack of ventilation in the bathrooms. The mould was visible on the walls, and no attempt was made to clean them. The rooms are also poorly ventilated. There is no modern air-conditioning, but instead an old central heating system. This meant that in winter, despite turning off the heating, the rooms were stuffy. The fan requested from reception was never provided. You can't open the windows without the street noise being overwhelming. The rooms need updating. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The 60s theme can't mask the slight shabbiness of everything. There are also some minor irritations that come from the lack of attention to detail. A Nespresso machine, but no nearby powerpoint and no coffee cups! On the positive side, it is relatively quiet, has a decent breakfast, and is very close to a metro station.

It's located just right to the city center. Walkable distance to many attractive places. I like the breakfast here as they are so many food options and tasty.

Location is very central, which was very convenient. However, the staff at breakfast were not very welcoming. When we walked in, instead of greeting us, they just looked at us with a rather bizarre expression. The breakfast had variety, but the overall quality was disappointing, with many items tasting oily and not fresh. Room very clean and bed extremely comfortable Reception staff very polite.

Hotel is right in the city centre, a lot pf attractions were just walking distance, breakfast was really good and staff were really friendly
