The hostel is okay for the price.

Occurrence of ridiculous cases You want me to pay more for a day's stay, saying that I didn't check out at 12 o' What is it? I paid for one night and one night in a row, so I should have checked out at noon and checked in again at 2 p.m.? You want me to pay more for a day's stay for just two hours? This is an obvious over-demanding!! I've traveled for more than 10 years and I've never seen a hostel like this before I can't give it to you. It's not going out. I was told to call the police. The result was I didn't leave and the police didn't come. Furthermore, on the first day, there was no notice from the staff (no prior notice that they had to check out and check in again after 1 night & 1 night) And on the second day, I went out in the morning and came back to the hostel around noon, and no one talked at that time The staff greeted me with a single smile, so I said hello and passed by.. I came in at 7pm and this is an absurd situation Hostels with this rotten concept need to be drastically changed Everyone be careful not to have this absurd case like me!! 2nd floor women's dormitory room Two bunk beds full in a small room The size of the room in question how the bed got in It looks narrower because it's a wooden bed The bed below is low in height, so it will be more uncomfortable End with air conditioner and bed There's nothing else It's safe to have a room key.k.a. room key Key lockers outside the room a size that can fit in a small backpack There is a shower and toilet on the second floor, but it is very small, so you can only use the bathroom 3rd floor separated but no door? 예약후 호스텔 도착했는데 공사중이라 사용을 못한다네요 몇달전 후기에 공사중이니 예약하지 말라고했는데 시간이 몇달 지났으니 공사 끝났겠지라고 생각했는데 실제로 가보니 아직도 공사중이고 다른 호스텔로 데려다주고 예약하라고 하네요 자기들이 캔슬 한다더니 캔슬도 안하고 아고다 챗봇은 자꾸 오류나서 여행끝난후 아고다에 메일 보내서 겨우 환불했어요 호스텔 다시 가서 어제는 캔슬 한다더니 왜 안하냐 물어보니 저보고 캔슬하라고 하는데 예약한 사람이 캔슬하면 환불받기 힘들어요 나중에 아고다 연락와서 얘기해보니 주인도 캔슬은 안된다네요. 대신 저는 아고다에서 다른숙소 예약한 내역 있어서 겨우 환불 받았어요. 얘네가 연결해주는 호스텔에 현금 결제하면 절대로 환불 못받아요. 아고다에서 주인장에게전화해도 얘네는 전화 안받고 시간끌면 손님은 증거가 없으니 환불 못받아요. 그걸 노리고 공사중에도 계속 예약 받고있어요

I must say when we first arrived we were slightly confused as the placed looked to be under renovation. Then we met the new owners who are only there a few weeks and they explained what they were trying to achieve. I must say the staff and owners were so friendly and helpful with everything and we loved it. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back. Tiffany & James
