Great place to stay, good location and staff is really helpful. They have a bar downstairs so a good place to get a few drinks.

Not the best hotel we have stayed in while traveling southeast Asia. Room and hotel was quite run down, sink and shower pressure quite low, wifi weak. Room was not cleaning during our stay either.

I had an interesting stay at the Sundance. The regular rooms are very small, but I was upgraded to a bigger room when the aircon was having issues. The staff are incredible here, cheerful and good at their jobs. But on the first night I walked to the second and 2 giant rats ran by me in the hallway! But hey this phnom penh, second floor was strange to see. Never saw them again, and was early evening. The regular rooms arent worth it, however they have giant smart TVs. On my lastnight, I had a massive cockroach in my room. But again this is tropical asia. The rooms were very clean with amenities. The building and business has been there for a while. Pool wasnt used when I was there. Many local westerners at the Saloon below, with total washouts in the street. STreet 172 is a fantastic place that has the old Phnom Penh feel to it. AGAIN amazing stuff, I'd go back, but only with a sale.

We were first given a room that was NOTHING like the room advertised so I asked to change to the one pictured. No more rooms were available so we had to stay in the prison cell like room for one night before we changed. The staff were accommodating which was nice. The second room was better but there was animals living in the ceiling above, sounded like pigeons or rats. We saw rats enter the kitchen when downstairs at the bar in the evening and even managed to take a photo of it. We didn’t order any food at the bar for this reason. Altogether a bad stay, not worth the money and wouldn’t go back.
