르탭 호텔 JFK 에어포트

Hotel does not exist. Landed after 14 hours long flight to this hotel as it was close to JFK airport. I was travelling with family. There is NO hotel, this building apparently turned into a sheltered accomodation over 2 years ago. Stressful time having to search for another hotel with children and luggage for that evening in NewYork. Agoda could not be contacted by phone and were not helpful. Agoda still not acknowledged this, shocked how they can fool their customer this way. Still need to hear from them on this. Avoid agoda.
