24.10.31Friendly staff made us feel welcome from the first moment. Perfect choice if chain hotels are not your thing. An authentic experience, the location right at the Lake Geneva IS perfect. Enjoyed every second of our stay.
24.06.06 Booked a twin room with lake view, but was given a room without any view, facing a noisy parking area instead. The front desk was rude all the time. After I showed him my Agoda booking confirmation of lake view room. He said it’s not per their record, nothing he could do, I have to call Agoda…
While we were still in sleep next morning, two people knocked on the door and rushed into the bathroom without much explanation. We were so shocked and had no clue what’s going on until few minutes later front desk called to tell someone is coming to fix the toilet - but the toilet worked well for us and we didn’t report anything! The repair man left after 5 mins, this whole thing was so weird.
The hotel may be in a prime location in Lausanne, but the staffs and management are TERRIBLE. Luckily we only stayed there for one night, then moved to a hotel nearby.
23.04.19 Beautiful old hotel with lovely, clean and spacious rooms. Restaurant attached serves great coffee and lovely breakfast. Located by the lake, with glorious views of the Alps. Metro stop close by to ride up the hill into Centre Ville. Highly recommended 👌
