I booked this hostel through Agoda with a pay-on-arrival option, but when I arrived at the property, I was told that the room was already fully booked. It was very disappointing because I had a confirmed reservation, yet there was no room available for me. As a foreigner traveling alone, this situation made me feel stressed and unsafe. I arrived tired after my journey, expecting to rest, but instead I suddenly had nowhere to stay. The staff did not offer any alternative solution or assistance in finding another accommodation. Late at night, I had no choice but to look for a 24/7 convenience store where I could temporarily stay and rest while searching for another place to sleep. It was a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I hope the hostel improves its booking management system to avoid overbooking and considers the safety and comfort of guests, especially travelers who rely on confirmed reservations. Unfortunately, this experience greatly affected my trip.
