Nice Location with good facilities. Car parking available. Had a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel.

The hotel building is a old property without any renovation in rooms. I was been given a corner room which had been adjacent to the main road and hence the traffic sound through the day and night was terrible. Very average cleanliness. Not worth of money.

Unfortunately, the property doesn't offer breakfast, neither wifi ! The "free Wifi" service was indicated in my Agoda booking... So yeah, not the best. Furthermore, our toilet flush never worked, and the room was very humid. We asked if we could check in earlier than 12 am, and one staff wanted us to pay extra 500 Rs to do so, which looked very not okay...The location is indeed very practical as very close to the train station, but beside this I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel.

Hotel is not from Park Plaza chain although have same name. No Internet wi-fi as renovation going on as per hotel staff
