The hotel is new, good located, on a private sandy beach.The rooms are spacious and well designed.The hotel is clean.The beach is clean, so is the sea.Beach umbrellas are at distance.In the restaurant the tourists can not touch the food without mask and gloves and there are masks and gloves for them.The food is good. But…The service is awful.The waiters are tired, bored, don’t smile and don’t know what to do.One of them came to take our order, somebody called from another table and the waiter forgot our order.And this happened all the time.A waiter came to clean the table from tourists before us, cleaned part of it, went somewhere, another waiter came, cleaned part of the garbage and went away.Then third one came to clean the rest of the garbage.We wanted to order, the waiters are talking to each other on the bar at the beach restaurant.Only one of the waiters, I think his name was Andrey, knew what to do.There are not enough tables in open.There is enough place to put some more at a distance, but they didn’t.People are waiting for free table and there is no employer to ensconce them.Chaos is the correct word.I did not see a manager to coordinate them.There is an emergency need of good manager for the restaurants in the hotel.The hotel is in desperate need of a good gardener.The grass is dry and not well kept.In general: this is not five stars hotel.Not five stars service.No attention to the client. Most precious thing in five stars hotels is their five stars service.

Super moderne und gepflegte Anlage, sher freundliches Personal, grosse Zimmer, toller Pool und super Strand. Das Abendbuffet war für HP Standards besonders lecker. Die Anlage besteht aus flachen Bauten aber die Wege sind nicht weit. Alles perfekt!
