22.10.16Thank you, Akasha hotel, for a wonderful stay in Crete. You are definitely one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The rooms are huge and designed elegantly and tastefully. The service is so kind. The food is amazing. Indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, a spa with great treatments. Just perfect!
22.09.25 This hotel was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel. I was sceptical about booking through agoda because I had never used them before. I was also sceptical because the price of the hotel was way cheaper then other booking sites. So glad I took the chance.
22.07.25 First we got to Akasha the welcome was so nice, told us to sit and offered us some cold drinks while they took our passports to check us in.
The facilities are amazing, everything was so clean and the staff was so smiley and generous all the time.
Important for Israelis that going:
We had a less variety of Kosher food at the dinner, dry fish in a foil paper. You hope from a 5 star hotel when 80% of the guests are from israel to be more understanding about the food and make other options and prepare accordingly.
We talked to the chef and he try to please us in every way but still it was lack of taste etc.
The Spa was amazing, Emma and her staff was so pleased and professional!
Other then the food I absolutely recommend!
