25.10.08My friend and I booked this for some last minute October sun. You can’t fault the staff, the pool area is lovely and restaurants have plenty of options, however overall it felt quite limited for a luxury hotel. We had a few issues with our room flooding and in-room tech not functioning correctly, but were upgraded as an apology. The hotel itself is quite small - other comparable luxury hotels I’ve experienced (and on the island) have more restaurants, private spaces and onsite activities. The area outside the hotel hasn’t got much going for it, beach isn’t particularly pleasant as it has the main road immediately behind. However if you’re looking for an off-season “fly and flop” this absolutely does the job.
