The hotel looks great in the photos but the service and facilities are really bad. We arrived at 11 AM but didn't get our room until 2PM. the photos of the room shows the pool as view but apparently they do not have those in the hotel, all rooms with jacuzzi are inland view which isn't what was advertised in the room in pictures. After waiting for 2 hours the room and sheets were still dirty there is no towel exchange, so you get 1 towel a day and they won't replace it until the following day at 8AM because the laundry service is not working at 5PM. Try ordering a cocktail from the bar at the rooftop pool, they will not serve it before 5:30PM when I asked why she just smiled and said I have to wait. the beachfront belongs to a different hotel so you can't go to the beach across the street which was advertised that it belongs to the hotel. I won't come back here especially with the high rates they charge.
