Well you couldn’t ask for better service. Clean room, comfy bed. The people on reception especially the day staff on check out day couldn’t be more helpful. We borrowed a hair dryer from reception. They let us leave our bags there whilst site seeing, they leant us a room to change in after we came back from the Buckingham Palace garden party. All the staff were amazingly polite and friendly and helpful. We felt like we were being treated like a five star hotel. You made our journey to London for 24 hours the most enjoyable and comfortable experience. You must thank your staff for us. Well done . Xx

Well placed. Small but is enough to just sleep

I had to book this hotel in a rush so it’s pricier than usual for a small space. Nonetheless, it served its purpose so okay. The location is superb though. Walking distance to a lot of touristy places (Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, etc.)

Great place for an overnight stay in centre of London. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
