OYO Alumhurst Hotel

Very helpful staff was only there one night but it was central so easy to get to where I wanted to go

I'll be as honest as I can here , it was a cheap bed for the night. The towels were clean , the bedding was clean , but we daren't delve deeper. Bits of wallpaper missing, broken drawers, dirty bin (empty though) , dried red marks on curtains (blood or ketchup ?) , frayed carpet, mucky walls , lopsided curtain rail, mould in shower. Staff seemed nice enough, free WiFi, telly worked , shower hot , shampoo , soap. Front looks like Bin Laden's bolthole and nothing like the pictures. A skip outside and ladders inside suggest changes may be in progress but absolutely no way I can recommend at the moment

Dirty and damp. Saw dodgey dealings outside with the one member of staff there. Smelled so damp and was dirty
