This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Picked this hotel based on the photos online. Room was spacious and that’s the only thing good. No place to hang clothes because there is no wardrobe. No slippers provided. Proper shower towels have to be requested and they are always unavailable. Kettle has to be requested too. Bathroom sink was leaking every time we washed our hands and when we reported it to front desk they said if it’s not too inconvenient please put up with it. Staff don’t speak English at all. Bathroom has a sewerage stench and we had to close the door in order to sleep. Conditions of the rooms and toilet and bathroom were really filthy. Location is in a small alleyway with many restaurants around but at night you can hear noises outside. Overall, this felt like a dodgy motel and I would not recommend this to any family traveling with young children or any single young lady. Definitely not staying ever again.
