The room is nice and tidy, self check in process is easy. They also provide free drink and snack in the lobby

Room is clean and have plenty of space. Included a washing machine is a plus. Amazing place.

We are very pleased with our stay at Inova. We enjoyed excellent hospitality from Shiori and Miyu . The spaciousness and layout of the room is so thoughtfully designed that it really blew our mind. The amenities and facilities provided were great especially the washing machine in the room. Thumbs up to the Management and staff of Inova Kanazawa.

It was a wonderful experience for our family of 18 staying in this hotel. Its a family oriented hotel, which focus on close communication. The front desk staff makes us all very comfortable with guidance and recommendation. Would stay here if i comes to kanazawa again. Thank you

The family room is quite spacious and really clean. One of our best stays in Japan is in this hotel. I love the bathroom and proper bathtub. And plus points for the front office staffs. They speak fluent English and friendly. They made our stay memorable Definitely will stay here again when I revisit Kanazawa
