25.09.01The grounds and exterior are gorgeous. The interior is very tired and all could use updating. Most of the facilities in the spa didn’t work properly. The staff is not friendly, attentive, or accommodating.

24.10.23Fantastic scenery with the trees changing into their autumn colours. Great location as a base for exploring the surrounding area. Plenty areas in the hotel to find and relax near an open fire. Bedroom was warm, clean and well presented. The only issue I had was with the shower in the morning and the lack of water with no alternative offered. That was the only disappointment in the stay. Would I stay again? Absolutely.
