It was a beautiful old home with a great view! Unfortunately I came in a time of transition which was not made clear when I booked so very limited breakfast (though lovely and fresh) and no other meals available. The staff were nice but unfortunately waking on a cold Scottish morning to only have the option for a cold shower was pretty miserable. The hot water systems they use are terrible and your options are either scalding hot or freezing cold. Very disappointing for the price. If they rectify this problem I would stay again.

Hotel is a beautiful building full of history and in a perfect location! It’s been decorated elegantly and modern. There’s a small lift and few parking spaces at the back of the hotel (subject to availability) staff were friendly with a special mention to Rajeev who’s super helpful and Nora. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
