那裡沒有check in counter, 也不會有職員在該處，這是bnb 不是酒店。 抵達後需要致電他們取得大門及信箱密碼，然後在信箱取鎖鑰。 幸好上網卡有附帶短暫的通話時間能打電話問到取鎖鑰方法，但我認為他們greeting 電郵內應盡早通知旅客抵達後需致電他們取鎖鑰，而我出發前電郵問他們有否職員在那裡及需要電話聯絡的電郵也沒回覆。
該住宿煮食設備齊全，環境整潔舒適，地點很方便，樓下便是各tour 及機場接送上下車地點。
雖然是bnb但還是推薦這裡。
A great stay in a lovely city. The apartment was spacious, well laid out, great view, lovely and warm and very clean. It was well located within an easy walk of the centre of town. Would recommend and would stay there again. All staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful
We arrived early morning and the owner let us checked in earlier, so thoughtful.
My family and I stayed in the apartment for four days in January 11th to 14th. It didn’t start particularly well as we could not find the apartment, although unbeknown to us it was very close to the bus stop 10 where we were dropped off. There was no sign on the entrance door and our map locator indicated it was further up the road from the bus stop. On the third attempt at contacting the owner he eventually talked us through finding the entrance. Apartment was ok for our needs, although the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The TV or music system didn’t work and there was a distinct lack of drinking mugs or clean towels / cloths. We contacted the owner who advised he would rectify these things the next day, but this didn’t happen. All in all the apartment was ok, but finding it was a nightmare and it would have been nice to unwind in the evening watching a bit of television.
Nice apartment in the heart of Reykjavik, we had a great stay!
