This property offers outstanding value for the money in a quiet village a short distance from the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly.The facilities are well maintained, providing for an enjoyable experience.

Overall, it was a good stay. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient, not too far from the airport. On the downside, it was far from restaurants and grocery stores, and the room lacked some basic facilities, such as an electric kettle. Still, it was a generally good experience.

About 30 minutes from Reykjavik and the Golden Circle, which we managed in a day, including a short time at the Secret Lagoon hot spring.. Arrived back in Reykjavik after sunset. Breakfast was extra cost but worth it. Lots of choices and good coffee. Host was nice., though not going out of his way to interact. Kim’s Wings across the street for dinner was good. Friendly and good house beer.

Good location if you need something close to the airport. They say breakfast is available and I read as included. It's not included, but costs about $20. Very helpful staff. The room is very basic, but this is the only hotel in Iceland that had fridge!
