This is a fun place, full of interesting decorations. Location good between Keflavik and Reykjavik. Harbor view across the road. Good restaurant on site and good buffet breakfast served. Also a fun hot tub and shower. Our two person, standard bed room was very small/tight.

The place was cute but too far outside Reykjavik. Would be a great place to go for a good meal. The decor is very viking-ish. They did not have free coffee or water for guests at any time other than breakfast. To get a cup of coffee at any other time you were charged 600 kroner which is outrageous. Especially considering the coffee cups held about two sips of coffee.

restaurant wss great, the place is clean but there is no insonorisation

Our room was very small, but it was clean. There were no easily accessible unused electrical outlets. There was no place to put your suitcase and open it up. The lobby of the hotel spelled musty and therefore was not very wolcoming. It needs to be refurbished. The restaraunt also could use a re-fresh. We only stayed one night before going to the airport so it was acceptable but I would not stay there again.
