26.04.10Our recent was very disappointing. The room we received was not the same as what was shown in the listing, and it was not properly maintained—it felt dirty upon arrival.
There was no air conditioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable, and the bed was not comfortable either, making it hard to get proper rest. Additionally, the “bath towel” provided was actually just the size of a face towel, which was very inconvenient.
When we raised these issues, there was no proper action or solution provided. The staff were also slow to respond, which added to the frustration.
Some of the listed amenities, such as coffee and laundry services, were not available at all, which was misleading.
The only positive aspect of this place is its location, as it is very close to train and bus stations, making transportation convenient.
Overall, we did not have a pleasant experience and would not recommend this hotel.
26.04.04 The place offers excellent value with a prime location close to transport and shopping, making it easy to get around and enjoy local amenities. The views are pleasant, adding to the overall experience. However, there were no housekeeping or staff to assist with the guests needs, as this was only a self-check-in and self-check-out. Facilities were average but sufficient for most needs.
