25.09.23Excellent location, well served area and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment facing the courtyard is very quiet. The instructions need a little adjustment - once through the main door, it was not clear that we needed to go through some more doors and up the stairs to our rooms. That said, the place was just right and we would happily stay there again.
22.05.05 Arrived mid afternoon, the door has a code but we haven't been given a code. Can't contact the owner. Eventually beat on the door and the cleaner let us in. Spanish ladies in the next apartment had a worse time. They informed the owner they would be arriving in the night. They spent two hours outside in the street before they gained access. This is not good enough. Having said that, the luxury apartment with balcony was perfect for our stay. Well equipped. Some signs of wear and tear, cupboard door, door handle, cracked worktop. Lift can be noisy but not in use between 11 pm to 8am. Generally happy. Location excellent, easy walking distance from the main square, shops and restaurants. Welcome pack good as were the facilities. Owner asked for our city tax in cash but didn't turn up when he said he would. Left it on the table when we left. Loved Bologna and it seems this apartment is larger than average for the city.
