I am writing this because I honestly feel robbed. We booked this hotel in Agoda for a 6-day family vacation with our young child, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Room: The room was absolutely filthy when we checked in. There was dust everywhere, the floors were grimy, and the bathroom was simply gross!!!! To make matters worse, despite asking repeatedly, not a single soul came to clean our room for the entire 6 days. We had to live in our own filth for nearly a week with a toddler, which is completely unacceptable and frankly unhygienic!!! The conditions were made even more unbearable because the AC was barely functioning, leaving the room stiflingly hot. To add insult to injury, the ceiling fan was caked in layers of thick dust!!! It was impossible to get any comfortable sleep. Breakfast: Don’t even get me started on the "breakfast." the selection was non-existent, and the quality was abysmal!!!! It wasn't even fit for consumption. We ended up having to pay extra every single morning to eat out elsewhere just to ensure our family had a decent meal. Overall: This place clearly does not care about its guests. We left exhausted and frustrated. Save your money and your sanity—book literally anywhere else. This was the worst travel experience we have ever had as Family!!!! Never again!!!!!

We were a bit unsure about booking a week here at the Adina but it was such good value that we extended our stay by 2 nights. The breakfast is early, between 6:30 & 8:30am but it's tasty, and includes a fried/scrambled egg station. The room wasn't that clean when we arrived, even though we'd had to wait until 2pm to check-in, so do be aware that you room might still need cleaning. The aircon was excellent for the 40C heat. The Adina is in Korea town & it's a bit of a walk to find local places... Phan Boi street and nearby was our best budget bet. It's a straight 1km walk to the beach past new high-rises going up. We'd definitely return to the Adina.

Despite they’ve tried to provide the good service to the guests, the facilities are too old. Buffet breakfast time is end up at 8:30AM but there’s nothing to choose at 8:00 already. However, the staffs are friendly and nice
