Great hotel with friendly staff who are very welcoming and that accomadeted anything i needed and went beyond.

When I arrived, I was informed by the staff that the room I booked and paid for is not available. They asked me to pay an extra 100k a night for an upgrade which I declined. After being told to come back at 2PM for check-in, I got back to the hotel around 2:47PM and was led to my room only to find out that it was still not ready. I waited outside the room until they finished “cleaning” it. The room itself was not clean at all. The pillows were musty, the bedsheets had stains, the floor was wet, the bathroom was disgusting. On top of that note, the bed was super hard that it felt like I was lying on the floor. I’m never a picky person, but, when it comes to hygiene, it’s a different topic. Location is good, but I literally have to book a room from another hotel just because I can’t stand sleeping in that place.

This is definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The room was dirty, there was a very dirty towel on the floor when I first checked in, and there were no proper towels to use. The door to the balcony didn’t close properly, the sink was dirty, I found a couple of lizards in the room, and the room was EXTREMELY MOIST and it smelled really bad all the time. Also, I booked for 2 nights and on my second day the staff called me saying I had to check out and they entered my room without my permission, putting pressure on me to leave, until I told them I had one extra night available and they realized they had made a mistake. I would really recommend avoiding this place based on my experience.

We checked into a room that was completely dirty, as if the previous guest had just left and no cleaning had been done at all. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, we were handed cleaning products and toilet paper and told to clean it ourselves — which is honestly unbelievable. We only stayed for two days, and despite repeated requests, no one ever came to clean the room. That level of service is simply embarrassing. The photos online are completely misleading. The property is old, poorly maintained, smells strongly of mold, and looks nothing like advertised. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Very nice location, quiet and close by to the center. The people here are lovely and they really make you feel like home in this hotel. Always heartwarming and welcoming to help you with anything. I would definitely recommend this place.
