Hostel 3

Small room not what we were shown, we were told our late check in was no issue and when we arrived at the time we told them there was a confusing back and forth over an intercom before the door unlocked randomly. We then went upstairs to no one showing us our room and how to get in. Luckily we woke up other guests who had the owners contact and spoke Italian who sorted it out with us. We slept in since we had a late night and we woken up to a knock and then asking to take our top mattress (we were giving a bunk bed w a larger on on bottom we were sharing). No apology, rude and wouldn’t recommend if you need a later check in
