The host attempted to cancel my reservation when my card didnt push through once even if we were already at the lobby of the property and would pressure us to pay upfront while we are still figuring out whats the problem with our card payment transaction.

There were two people we encountered for the reception and one was very grumpy while the other one was helpful and more professional. Agoda had said the city tax was 8 but they insisted we paid 9.5 each. In other places in italy although it was the both of us, we only had to pay the city tax once. Also…. no cold water? Quite hard to use the amenities if the water didn’t heat up at all. The location is quite a walk from the center and the transportation is a bit confusing. Had to ask 5 locals and each gave different answers on how to arrive, so I would suggest spending the extra money to go literally anywhere but here. Also paid for breakfast and did not receive the breakfast….
