25.09.07I had one of the most disappointing hotel experiences ever at this property. When I made the booking through Agoda, the listing clearly advertised a balcony, a long couch, and a proper living area. These were the main reasons I chose this hotel over others in the same price range. But the moment I checked in, I was told they have none of these amenities. Their excuse was that “Agoda wrote it, not us,” as if that somehow makes it acceptable. A hotel is responsible for ensuring that their listings accurately reflect what they actually offer, and blaming the booking platform is just unprofessional and misleading.
To make matters worse, the service was shocking. I called the reception just to ask for a simple plate to be sent to my room and they had the audacity to say it would come with “extra service charges.” Imagine being in a so called hotel and being told you have to pay extra just to get a plate. Absolutely ridiculous and completely money minded. At this point it felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me for the most basic things.
The room itself was nothing close to what was shown online. It felt small, dark, and soulless. No comfort, no atmosphere, and certainly no sign of the amenities that were promised. The management didn’t show even the slightest bit of concern about the false advertising or my dissatisfaction. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just excuses.
Hotels should be about hospitality, comfort, and trust but here it’s the exact opposite. They’re running a business where guest satisfaction comes last, if at all. If you care about getting what you pay for, avoid this place at all costs. There are countless other hotels that actually deliver on their promises and won’t make you feel like you’ve been scammed.
I travel often and I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, but this one easily ranks as one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Never again.
