Riverside Takase

Wonderful location, between JR Kyoto and Kawaramachi... Old Ryokan feel is nice for the area; it's right next to a nice small river, and a Sento (public bath)! Will stay here again and recommend to friends ... Careful with the check-in as it is located in a separate bldg next to it...

We love it!

One thing is unbeaten. The neighbourhood. It has a beautiful stream in front which was specially mesmerising during spring. Room is spacious and traditional Japanese built. Place is clean. Staff is helpful and understands english well. Location is a bit of an issue. Kyoto station is a bit far if you walk and nearest metro station is kiyomizu gojo.

공용욕실문이 고장나서 못씻고..옆 목욕탕가서 매일 씻음.. 방은 넓고 좋았지만 방음이 안되서 밤에 어떤 반복적인 소음으로 인해 잠못자고 가위눌림...
