26.03.09My mistake on this trip was not reading reviews from other travelers beforehand.
The hotel’s location is acceptable, and the room is fairly average in terms of size and cleanliness. There was no special welcome or greeting upon arrival. The swimming pool is located in the center of the hotel, and all rooms appear to have a pool view.
Upon arrival, I had to wait in the lobby until the official check-in time. During this time, the staff did not provide any information about parking or other hotel facilities. Additionally, no directions were given on how to reach our room, so we had to carry our luggage and locate it ourselves. Overall, the staff did not appear welcoming, and the level of service did not reflect a strong service-oriented attitude.
Breakfast offered only a limited selection, including toast, fried eggs, salad, sausage and ham, and boiled rice with pork soup. Considering that the room rate is relatively high compared to other chain hotels, the overall experience did not provide good value for the price.
In summary, this was one of the least satisfactory hotel stays I have experienced.
