25.06.24The room itself was spacious, the ambiance was warm and comfortable. There were air purifier, electric kettle, hair dryer and mini refrigerator. I just don’t like their faucet handle. But overall, it was great.
And please change the time of check-in and check-out posted here in agoda. It says that the check-in time is at 3pm but it’s actually 4pm. We waited an hour at the lobby.

24.02.11 The room was nice and clean. It was better than expected. Reviews said roooms small but I found it to be cozy. We are out most of the days anyway.

However, what truly inspired me was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff during a difficult time when Thai Airways misplaced my luggage during the departure from Bangkok.
Despite facing a challenging situation with my lost luggage, the staff went above and beyond to help me navigate the situation with grace and kindness. Their accommodating and supportive approach made me feel grateful and fortunate to have chosen such a wonderful place to stay.
Being in a foreign land with limited Japanese speaking skills, I was lucky to have such helpful hotel staff during this time.
