23.11.20숙소는 깔끔하고 방도 넓습니다. 코인 세탁기를 이용할 수 있고 조식도 비교적 만족스럽습니다. 더운 세비야의 날씨 특성 상 에어컨을 만족스럽게 틀 수 있다는 건 매우 큰 장점이라 생각합니다.
다만 주요 관광지에서 멀리 떨어져있어 제법 많이 걸어야 하며, 방은 기숙사를 개조한 듯 해서 넓게 사용이 가능하나 방음이 거의 안되서 다른 게스트 운이 좋아야 합니다.
스탭 중 영어가 가능한 사람이 별로 없으나 항상 소통에 응답하려고 노력해 주는 친절함을 보여주었습니다.
21.12.12 On arrival, I had to do my own bed, as it was not done, although they left the bed linen and towels in the room.
Cold in the room as the air conditioner heating was not working properly. Complained about it every day and nothing was done.
Bad smell on the toilet, which I believe was from old pipes.
No daily cleaning, neither change of towels. The cleaning staff only takes out the garbage and check supply of toilet paper, and only if you are out of the room when they knock on your door. Otherwise, not even that.
After check out, they don’t keep your luggage, but they have a consigne, which you need to pay to use it and only fits small bags. I begged for them to just keep my bags in the reception, as there was enough space and they (receptionist and the director) didn’t accept. Then I payed to store one small bag and was decided to just leave the big ones on the entrance, hopping for the best. At this point a big group of people was checking in early and I saw them leaving their bags, for free, in one the many empty storage rooms. I questioned if I could not also put mine there. The receptionist said no, and when I was just leaving and told them that my big bags would stay there in the entrance, the director allowed me to put my big ones in that same room.
Outdated facilities.
Location ok, near universities and a park, close by the river, with buses nearby going to the centre, but with the traffic jam during peak times it can take some time.
Internet ok, but only with VPN turned off.
Hot shower.
Comfortable bed.
Considering that they charge prices as hotel, it is not a good value and for sure It is possible to find better options. Nevertheless, ok for one night…not staying much time inside.
