23.06.16 This is mix use building. 32 floors. 1-29 are business office. Only top floors are residential. There are 4 lifts, always busy because of business, many ppl coming & going & many deliveries. One time a group of 4 big sized delivery men carrying things squeezed into a 3/4 full lift. My 2 year old started crying because he was pushed into the corner of lift. It says scary, like being trampled or squashed. They refuse to get out so we got out of lift. Very uncouth ppl with no regard for others. Beware if u have kids.
23.05.18 The place is big and clean, the view is good, just a short walk to the metro and the museum of natural history.
The cleaning staff were very kind. Convenience stores close by.
