Ee did a late booking and found ourselves driving at night on a one lane road to get here. It is in the woods. When we arrived, host had no knowledge that we made a reservation. We eventually received a room inside an out building that reminded us of a dorm. Room was dusty and probably hadn't seen use in a while. We couldn't figure out how to close shutters in the dark either. Air Conditioner was not great. We asked if restaurant was open, and host made an exception to keep it open, which we appreciated. We were a bit rushed though and food was barely average. No dessert for us. Double beds were a bit firm and pillows were too soft. Breakfast was very good with the typical standards. Liked the apple strudel. We only needed a place to stay one night as we were touring Croatia. We should have booked earlier and near a town, not the woods. Hotel was in a pretty area and would be great place for enjoying the outdoors. Pool looked inviting and they had a bar near it. For us, it met our needs but it was bit too rustic for our tastes.
