Very nice & well located facility. Easy check in & cheque out. We had a good stay.

this is most likely the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. First of, the hotel is not actually a hotel and seems like an apartment sub leased in agoda. Second, the administrator of the rented property sucks! When i booked the hotel, they told me they will message me days before our arrival for the check in procedures. Come check in date, no single message at all. I messaged them several times requesting for information such as room number and codes but no response at all. I even asked a friend living in switzerland just to contact the property. When my friend got hold of them, they told him that they emailed me several times but i never received any single one. And why not reply to my messages in agoda instead? Just for context: check in time was 2pm, i messaged them from 4pm onwards, my flight to switzerland was at 8pm, i reached the property at around 10. Not a single message!! Imagine the horror if i didnt know someone ftom there?? We will have to freeze outside like homeless people!! On the next day, that was the only time they decided to reply and give my room number. What else for?? Lastly, the room has low quality fixtures. The floor is uneven and whenever the shower is being used, water comes out from the restroom and the entire room gets flooded!! Urgh

Name of the property and contact details on Agoda was wrong. No lift was available on the property and room was allotted on the 3 rd floor. Room no. and access code of the property was mailed to me. Following the address, I reached the property by chance and called the no. given on the property door. Customer care replied that they can't find the booking with my name . To my surprise after few minutes they confirmed the booking details and shared the access code and room no. after 5-6 hours of scheduled check in that too by luck. This ruined my trip experience.

Aside from a single decent sleeping area, this place had little to offer. The kitchen was in poor condition, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet was unacceptable. The staff didn’t speak a single word of English, which made communication very difficult. Worse still, the door could not be locked from the inside, meaning that anyone with the access code could potentially walk in while you’re asleep – a serious security concern. The internet speed was also terrible, making it nearly impossible to use even for basic browsing. Overall, this was a complete waste of money. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.
