Great location nearby public transport and Old town. A very helpful and attentive Mr Masaki. Room size just nice for couple. Definitely will come again!

Room was spacious, modern and clean. I asked for a double bed but got 2 single but it was ok. The location is perfect. Unfortunately one bed side lights didn't work and there was mould on the walls in the bathroom but overall the room was fine.

The hotel was a small but very cozy and welcoming. The reception is at the bar in the ground of floor. They offer us food and water for free. The room was very clean and it has big bathroom and it was warm and our view was at the river, which was the best.

Since the hotel website showed no vacancies, I booked through an international agency. The reception took some time to locate the reservation. However, fortunately we could occupy our rooms by noon. The fourth floor room was substandard and rather dingy although clean and quiet. The third floor room was very nice. Breakfast was pricey, but adequate and convenient. Best part was low cost and very close to main rail station. Would rebook under similar circumstances.
