26.05.29Our stay at Anaya Beach Resort was honestly a terrible experience. The resort does not provide a water heater, there was no daily make-up room service, and the most disappointing part was the customer service at the front desk.
The front desk staff was not approachable at all. I asked politely and respectfully, but she would always cut me off while speaking and immediately reject my requests without proper assistance. Since the front desk is the face of the resort, they should train or hire staff who truly know how to handle customer service professionally and courteously.
We were expecting a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but sadly, it turned out to be very disappointing.
