We booked a family room, aircon not working so we have to transfer room. Still aircon very slow we requested for a fan .. the Cr no toiletries, water very dirty smelly. Color of the water is brown and taste really awful. Itchy all over our body. The next day no water , but no apologies or inform us that theirs no water. The pool so filthy. We won't come back again. Employees not so approachable.

Price and location wise, this is a good accommodation. However the facilities look old, bed sheets are not quite clean and the water from rest rooms’ faucet has an odor smell. I think theyll just need to renovate

Pros: - Affordable price - Near the market, Robinsons Iloilo, and the former Terminal Market which is now a mall+market development - Most jeep routes pass through the literal front of the hotel - Staff are friendly and helpful - Spacious cabinet - Has power sockets and a mini-table - Has a cable TV Cons: - Pool was unclean and not maintained during our stay - Toilet seat was broken - Water in both faucet and shower was too slow,;it was difficult to take a bath - The room door was old - The facility might have been better when it was newer - The aircon was too weak - Wifi is slow at numerous times during our stay
