Well appointed, no fuss access and just a short bus ride to the main downtown of Edinburgh.

The house is in a charming, quiet neighborhood that is convenient to the busses going downtown. The host was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!

I 100% recommend it. Not far from the city center by bus, delicious breakfast, lovely hosts, and very clean! A big thank you again.

Newly decorated throughout, its grand staircase, beautiful half landing windows and deep carpeting are truly impressive. A cafetière and ground coffee in the room and pre-ordered continental breakfast delivered to my room were much appreciated - great room service! Close to Dalkeith Road and regular buses into town, for me Dorstan House was a great find for a city break. Highly recommended!
