24.09.01Modern looking room, very comfortable, and clean. There’s a cute little front yard with benches. Accommodation located 30min walk to Edinburgh Old Town and there’s Tesco/Sainsbury across the road. Had slight issues trying to work the hot water (too cold or too hot) but great stay otherwise.

23.08.14very rude service, They will ask extra money when you arrive, explain nothing, just ask you to contact Agoda, so ridiculous.
You'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs to the third floor by yourself, and the room is quite run-down.
