I'm not going to stay at Guann's for another month. How the Hell can I give a honest review?

Room and washroom are actually very clean, but the toilet doesn’t flush properly and there’s no hot showering water. You can tell the bed mattress is also a bit old and worn out. Staffs are approachable and help as much as they can. They also have breakfast so all in all value for money.

Beds were okay, but the noise from the street was unbearable. Dont book the rooms with only a fan as they face to the street where there are loud karaoke, dogs barking and chickens screaming the whole night. We did not sleep the first night.

The room was clean, the place is affordable and the breakfast is great. The location is ideal. It could be a little loud at night, there's an odor in the bathroom and the wifi is none existent. To some that might be a deal breaker, but if you're looking for something affordable to crash after a long day, it's great.

I don't recommend cause of the stinky attitude of receptionist. I moved out next day only because of that. Hospitality industry is a business and when I pay I expect professional service. It's not a charity because I pay for a room. I don't care if you like me or not, your judgmental attitude should leave at home. I'm staying in nice place now for another couple of days where people are friendly and have good attitude towards others. Wouldn't recommend at all.
