I love the location with the lake . Cleanliness are good and facilities are not bad. We had buffet for dinner but not delicious . Breakfast is okay. Overall good. Satisfied.

Location was convenient

We ordered the lunch for 6 of us on the way and front office confirmed that they can serve the lunch ( Rice and curry) by 2.30pm. We arrived at 2.45pm but only one room was ready by that time. Other rooms were given after about 20 minutes., Then we asked them to serve the lunch until they prepare the rooms but lunch. Was served after 3.30 pm. Restaurant manager apologized for the delay and offered free Fruit salad to compensate it. However I found even fruit salad offered free was charged in the bill which I paid. Buffet dinner was not up to the standards and found not worth of price paid. Breakfast was ok but cleanliness of the Restaurent was very poor and suitable cutlery were not readily available. Restaurant manager was very talkative but has no control over the staff. He complained to us that there are no adequate staff to cater the guests.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Despite the heavy rain, all staffs look after us every things from dinner buffet to buffet breakfast. The Manager got load of hospitality background and knowledge alot and he make sure all the guest are relaxed and look after well.
