We booked this as a day stay because our flight from Incheon leaves late in the evening. The staff on duty was grumpy. He was a man maybe in his 40s or early 50s. When we got to the room, there was water spillage on the floor. During check-out the staff somewhat reprimanded us for calling him (because we'll give back the room key), and told us that we shouldve just left the key in the elevator (which he never told us in the first place). Overall, this stay could've been better if not for the rude staff. Would definitely recommend changing him.

잠만 자려고 예약한 이곳에서 많은걸 바라지 않으려고 했습니다. 비흡연자로서 방에서 담배냄새가 심하게 났고 환기가 제대로 되지 않은 상태로 입실했지만, 방에 재떨이가 있는걸 보고 흡연이 가능했던 방이구나 싶어서 그마저도 이해하려고 했습니다. 하지만 새벽 5시에 뭔가를 고치는 건지 조립하는건지 쇠파이프 같은걸 여러번 두드리는 소음은 도무지 이해할 수가 없네요. 정말 너무 시끄러워서 깜짝놀라 깼고, 누군가 항의하는 소리가 나자 멈추기 시작했는데 5층에 저만 있었다고 해도 방음이 제대로 안되는 구조상 모든 층에서 울렸을거라 봅니다. 그래서 오로지 ‘잠’ 만 자고 가려던 목적도 실패한채 그냥 일어났습니다. 죄송합니다 .. 애초에 후기 자체를 달지 않으려 했건만 .. 전 다시는 이곳을 이용하지 않겠습니다.

관리자 또는 매니저와 소통할 방법에 대한 부재.

I didn't expect the check in time is 8pm in the evening and check out is before 12pm the next morning. The room is clean and provides basic amenity kit. There is no facilities. If you are looking for one with a pool and gym, look elsewhere. There are restaurants from the main atreet and a short walking distance to Insadong.
