Called to book direct no further discount offered by the female on the phone. My husband was informed that they didn’t use the Agoda website for her to compare, even though we made this booking with them. Big sign advertising call direct for a discount seems like a waste of time.

26.02.15 Disappointing room. 3-star at best but, clean and comfortable.
Very good location, surrounded by restaurants.
26.02.01 Quaint hotel. Reception staff on arrival efficient. $100 was held on my card for"incidentals" but there was no minibar, room service or restaurant to supply incidentals. Also nformed that money could take 5-10 business days to be released.
Given twin room (***) although standard king booked: Single beds, no lounge unlike colleague who secured king bed.
Room very basic. Nice vintage furniture. Clean. Limited toiletries. Room only cleaned after 3 days for safety reasons??? so no rubbish collected, no towels changed or tea replenished. Woken every couple of hours by loud motor or plumbing noise outside room.
Having said all that, the hotel is clean the price was OK and it's in a fantastic location
