26.04.01Close to the airport. We booked a car for the day to explore for a day, the hotel arranged it easily, nicely done. Easy to get to places with the car, else it will be a 20 min walk to the nearest shopping centre.

Upon check-in i was given a smaller room than I booked. I also booked a room with a bathtub, the smaller room didnt have a bathtub.
I didnt accept the downgrade, and was treated like a problem for requesting the room i paid for.
Three different female staff gave me three different price quotes for the shuttle.
The pizza we ate the first night was sharing size, but the 'crust' was like soft bread. The quality of the pizza was equivalent to a 7 dollar convenience store pizza, but this restaurant sells it for 24 dollars. My child ordered pineapple juice but it was just ice water with a few canned pineapple chunks in it.
The second night i ordered a burger. I waited 40 minutes for a raw burger to arrive. I didnt ask for a raw burger. I also didnt want to risk getting E.Coli which is most commonly contracted via ground beef, so i didnt eat it. I returned the burger to the kithen staff. I alerted the person in the chef jacket about the issue, as he was the one who had prepared the burger. He stated that an undercooked ground beef burger was ok, and called it a 'rare' burger. He is not the one eating the burger. If he thinks its ok, he can eat one like that. I didn't ask for and didn't want a raw burger.
As i stated before, ground beef should not be served raw as its an E.Coli risk. The person making the food can google that and find that the USDA food preparation safety guidelines match what I'm saying. As a result of the raw burger and staff failing to offer any solution so I could eat, I didnt eat any dinner. My child had a fruit shake but it only had 2 fruits in it when it advertised 3. It was 6 dollars for something small and not worth half of that. It also had less fruit than advertised.
Word spread of the issue about the raw burger, of course I was made into the problem again instead of the person who prepared unsafe food, and not a single kitchen/restaurant/front desk worker offered to find a solution for the issue.
No one cared that I paid for dinner and didnt eat due to being served undercooked and unsafe food at the hotel restaurant.
Three lead female staff with the largest attitude issues only care about reviews, not how they treat others. They dont want the truth to get out in a bad review. I guess they should treat others how they want to be treated then. Instead of thinking a guest is stupid, maybe they should treat people better in the first place if they want genuine good reviews. I guess that would be the smart way to get good reviews....but i guess that idea missed their minds for obvious reasons unknown to them.
Maybe the staff with poor manners and ugly hearts need to learn that
how you treat others reflects your character, not theirs.
About not eating, a night shift driver offered to drive and grab something to eat from the convenience store nearby, but the front desk employee pictured below told him not to go. If she cared that I didnt eat due to the hotels restaurant serving me raw food, she would understand some food is better than no food.
Her excuse for telling him not to offer to help was that the convenience store wasn't a restaurant. But really she was just being her true self. There is no need to know why someone treats others badly. The fact that they treated someone badly is what matters. There is never an acceptable reason to treat others badly.
As a result of the poor service, being stuck and stranded at this nightmare hotel, and the employees with authority to help or fix the situation actively choosing not to help, I had no dinner and I was left to go hungry at this hotel.
This is something that could have been fixed easily. If the restaurant staff had any tact or respect they would have offered to remake the meal, or offer some other food from the restaurant. Instead the person in the chef coat just told me the raw burger is fine and claimed it was 'medium'.....that
26.02.04We keep extending our stay it’s so nice here. The staff really goes all out for guests. Restaurant has delicious meals. Good value, safe, beautiful views of the jungle. Hot water and chilly AC make it really nice after a long day of diving
26.01.03The spa is not in the hotel. But there will be free shuttle to the spa centre. it not the usual spa that you think it is. Is just a massage palour. The swimming have 2 water slide which is not on (water) too, unless you request for it( i think this is ok).
We reached before check in time, there no air con at the lobby and they didnt on it. Even we are there for like 30mins-1hrs.
The room have mini cocokroaches. The breakfast area close at 10am, they will serve you the breakfast (im ok with it) after the brealfadt timing, they inform us that we can continue to sit in but be informed that air con will be off. 🥲
