26.05.30Is actually a nice place but I had a problem and not able to communicate it to anybody. I am an electrician - the toilet seat gives electrical shocks. I thought it may be difficult communicating this but there is no means. Theres a hole in the wall but you can not see the person in there. Using a translater app I asked for an email address. The person impatiently waved me away. There is no email address advertised anywhere, not on their business card. I didnt want to leave a bad review but what am I to do? Anyway if you pass this to a competent electrician you may save some lives and prevent being sued.
The heater element in the seat has poor insulation and electric current is leaking to the seam of the outer casing possibly due to bleach or similar cleaning product. The complete circuit should be tested for integrity and standards compliance.
