I love that our room was clean and quiet. The front desk also helped us when my friend had an emergency and needed to be taken to the ER. As foreigners we really appreciate those efforts so thank you so much. I would recommend this hotel for their rooms and good service.

We stayed in the 6th floor and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. All the bedroom walls were covered in disgusting brown, dried up liquid marks. God only knows what those are. The bathroom tiles had black mould. And I barely put any toilet paper in there after doing a number 1 only, and the toilet choked on our first and last day of the 3 days we were there. The location is fantastic but you'd be better off having peace of mind at another hotel in the same area.

Lived in Erin Hotel while on a business trip. Room is really big and comfy. The lobby environment is really nice and warm, although my room was a bit colder than the outside weirdly enough. Thankfully, the staff already prepared an extra blanket in advance, as well as the usual (toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee, tea and everything else). Will definitely make this my main stay in Taipei for future trips!
