If you want to see the bird’s-eye view of Tbilisi, you will enjoy this place. It’s a simple and budget-friendly hostel, perfect for travelers saving money for their tripsThe location is in the city, but getting there can be a bit challenging if you plan to walk because the area is on steep hills.

Please be aware that the photos don't match the condition that the hotel is in at the present at all. The photos online depict a nice, well appointed hotel with beautiful views of the old town. Except the views, nothing else matches. It's badly run down, most of the amenities described don't exist. They advertise a bath tub, it didn't exist. There is shower, but it's in a horrible condition. The bathroom ceiling is falling apart, there is mold. Both the bathroom and the room itself are in a desperate need of renovations. But even at that I wouldn't have filed a complaint about the hotel if I wasn't left without hot water in the shower. Yes, you heard that right, in the middle of taking shower the hot water was shut down. After alerting staff, I was told to wait 5 minutes. Then another 5, another 5, eventually I rinsed off the soap and shampoo with cold water as the hot water didn't come back. As a result, I got seriously ill. The owner didn't care, no apology, no compensation and while I was waiting for an ambulance I was told I have to check out as he had other guests coming. The state of the bathroom reflected the attitude that he has for the guests, horrible! The only positive thing I can say about the hotel is the night time admin, Nadir. He was doing his best to try to help and I appreciate his kindness.

Offers exceptional city view and pretty much comfortable & spacious rooms. However, lacks safe in the room to keep valuable items with peace of mind, should it matter. Great location in Old city, steps away from the most famous places of touristic interest. Definitely recommended and will stay here again
